The UHT/HTST DIPW is one of our most popular processors because of its flexibility. It is capable of processing with both indirect or steam injection heating. In addition, it accurately simulates production processes, including HTST Pasteurization, UHT Sterilization, low and high acid aseptic processes, Extended Shelf Life, Hot-Filling, continuous cooking, and even custom processes. Combined with our in-line homogenizers and Ultra-Clean Fill Hoods, it creates a complete laboratory processing line.
With a flow rate range of .8 to 3 liters per minute, most products are processed between 1 and 2 LPM.
