Our basil planted, grown, harvested and processed exclusively in Liguria. We process the basil directly in the vicinity of the fields harvested. This reduces transport time and maintains the overall freshness of the product. Once produced, the semi-processed product is kept in cold storage. From that moment, all movements and transportation occur while scrupulously adhering to the refrigeration chain. The logistics management is prompt and scaled to the clients’ needs.
