Grower Direct Nut Ingredient Supply is owned and operated by the Martella Family. Our family's roots as farmers in the Stanislaus County go back four generations. In 2020, Grower Direct Nut Ingredient Supply was established for pasteurization, roasting, bulk nuts, nut butter and more!
We are nut farmers, family-owned and family run for four generations. As tree nut farmers we care for the environment though water conservation, renewable energy, and regenerative soil.
At Grower Direct Nut Company, we process in-shell, shelled and diced walnuts and supply industrial food processors, re-baggers, retailers and produce markets worldwide. We also are validated to pasteurize almonds, pistachios (in-shell and kernels), macadamias, cashews, and brazil nuts.
Thanks to our family-run structure, we have first hand knowledge of our products from field to market. We use the finest machinery available at our state of the art facility, and enforce good farming and manufacturing practices through all stages of processing. We proudly stand behind our service and our products assuring consistency, reliability and outstanding quality.
At Nutty Gourmet, we roast California Walnuts seasoned with natural, non-GMO flavors to help get everyone on the heart-healthy bandwagon! We currently have dry roasted flavor options that range from savory, to sweet, and spicy, like Sea Salt, Rosemary, Honey, Maple Cinnamon, Chipotle, Buffalo, Habanero, Hatch Chile Limon. We do many other custom flavors that we develops through our R&D team for private label partners .
We have also taken walnuts and ground them into butter. Using natural non-GMO ingredients to create creamy, velvety walnut butters in four amazing flavors: Sea Salt, Honey, Maple Cinnamon and Organic Raw Walnut Butter. Pecan Praline and Pistachio Better too. There is an option for everyone. We can pack nut butter into retail size jars, as well as bulk containers like fiber drums and the new 40 lb. Metapail - an eco-friendly replacement for bulky 5 gallon pails for optimal shipping and better recycling. Our nut butters can be used as a paste ingredient in food and plant based milks.
