PGP International (PGPI) are specialists in developing extruded ingredients, rice flours & blends and gluten free products. PGPI is one of the largest producers of medium and short grain glutinous rice flours, including pre-gelatinized rice flours, which are used in bakery mixes, cereals, nutritional bars and confectionery. These can be made from different rice varieties and can be produced in a range of particle sizes from very fine to very coarse, making them ideal for frozen foods, soups, sauces and baby foods.
