Silva International is a producer of dried vegetable, herb, and select fruit ingredients, serving the industry for over 40 years. Our U.S. production facilities operate over 20 production lines, giving us unique capabilities on cleaning and sorting of our raw material for today’s needs of food safety and quality control. Starting with our deep and long-standing global supply chain partnerships, our raw material is used to produce all finish ingredients to a wide variety of specifications, offering flexibility and a wide variety of cut sizes from flakes through fine powders and also pre-mix blends. We have new technologies in place for all-natural requirements and defined micro reduction, including zero-ox fumigation, steam sterilization, and infrared treatment all done inside our U.S. operation. Our product offering includes organic ingredients, as well as Non-GMO Project certification.
