PacMoore Products is a 30 year old privately held contract manufacturer that provides tolling and turnkey processing of ingredients and finished products to ingredient manufacturers, CPG, private label, and foodservice customers. Our production capabilities include dry blending, liquid blending, extrusion, spray drying, consumer packaging, re-packaging, and bulk loading or unloading in addition to raw and finished warehousing. PacMoore is approved to process organic, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and non-GMO products. Packaging options range from bulk rail or truck to industrial sizes to small consumer pouches and cartons. Our production facilities are based in Hammond, IN and Mooresville, IN. Both production facilities have labs that perform a variety of physical property testing. We also have an extrusion innovation lab based in Gridley, IL that is perfectly suited for product development, validation trials, and even small scale production. All 3 facilities are A rated by the BRC / GFSI audit. Our pilot equipment (extruder, blenders, and spray dryer) and experience support product development needs before moving to full scale production.
