Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) is the export development agency for the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. STEP's members offer a variety of health and food ingredients. Saskatchewan is known as an agricultural powerhouse, producing and exporting a wide range of natural, organic, health foods and nutraceuticals. What is not as well-known is the wide variety of functional foods & natural health products that are being developed, many of which come from Saskatchewan.
